Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your order, AS ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE CAREFULLY HANDMADE TO ORDER.
Once your order is complete and ready for shipping, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for shipping.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are correct. We are unable to change an address once an order is placed and are not held responsible for non-delivery.
Please understand once it is picked up by USPS/UPS, shipping times are out of our control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, etc.).
Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email email@example.com 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the defective/damaged item. A new item will not be sent or refund given until the photographs are received.
We gladly accept cancellations, as long as the request is no more than 2 days from the purchase date.
