Shipping policy
Please allow us 5 to 7 business days to process your order, AS ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE CAREFULLY HANDMADE TO ORDER.
Once your order is complete and ready for shipping, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for shipping.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping and billing addresses are correct. We are unable to change an address once an order is placed and are not held responsible for nondelivery.
Please understand that once it is picked up by USPS, shipping times are out of our control, and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, etc.).
